Our Speciality is Meat

We start by slow-smoking the meats over a long period of time. Dry rubbed, wet rubbed and just the right amount of gentle smoke.

Our quality meats are naturally-raised, with no hormones or pesticides; the organic vegetables are harvested from our garden next door; the fish is fresh from our boats, Brasserie Catch I and II, and the BBQ sauces are made with honey from our very own Brasserie Bees. It’s this attention to detail that brings incredible flavours to this simple open air BBQ joint. Here, you’ll find juicy smoked brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, turkey and smoked local chickens.

Premium Pork

Order cumin and allspice-rubbed pork shoulder, slow smoked until tender, pulled and tossed with house Carolina BBQ sauce. Or enjoy simply rubbed, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs with brown sugar and just a hint of spice, smoked and served by the piece.

Tenderest Beef

Our certified Angus beef brisket is simply seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper, smoked for 14 hours and then sliced to order.

Succulent Turkey

Savour skin-on turkey breast, taken off the bone and rubbed with sweet paprika and ground coriander, smoked until tender and juicy, and freshly sliced to order.

Freshest Chicken

Half smoked whole chicken marinated in green herbs and lemon zest, slow smoked until tender and served on the bone, or chopped smoked chicken, boneless for your convenience.

Vegetarian & Vegan

Create your own Vegetarian Bowl with mixed greens and up to five sides including jerk tofu, quinoa salad, smoked broccoli, coconut glazed sweet potatoes and roasted cauliflower with balsamic vinegar and raisins.


Enjoy cold sides of breadfruit salad and marinated tomatoes from our organic garden and Island farmers, and hot seasonal favourites such as classic mac n’ cheese and baked beans, kale, beans & rice and plantain. Relish our BBQ sauces, housemade with garden Barbados gooseberries, guava from our parking lot ‘arboretum’ and local tamarind.
